The park was redsigned by Claude Cormier. The two-tier fountain has 27 dogs and one cat. All of the dogs look up at the large bone at the very top of the fountain creating water arcs while the cat looks north at two small birds on a lamp post across from the fountain. The fountain does provide water for our real furry friends.
